Splattered Grace Coaching is located in Georgia, U.S.. Although this business is not required to adhere to the privacy practices set forth by the General Data Protections Regulations in the European Union, it does follow them as a member of the International Coach Federation and with respect to all clients both in the EU and outside of it.
Personal Data We Process
Splattered Grace Coaching processes your personal data for the services we provide and/or because you provided us with your personal data. Below is an overview of examples of the personal data we process:

Other personal data you actively provide us with, for example by email correspondence or on the phone
Special and/or Sensitive Data We Process
Our website and/or services do not intend to collect personal data about website visitors under the age of 18, unless they have permission from parents or caretakers. We are, however, unable to check whether visitors are 18 years or older. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent any data being collected about children without parental permission. Should you be convinced we are collecting personal data of an underage child without permission, do not hesitate to contact us at hannah@splatteredgracecoaching.com so we can delete that information.
Purpose of Data Processing
Splattered Grace Coaching processes personal data for the following purposes:
To execute agreements
For sending invoices and making payments.
To be able to call or email you when necessary to provide our services.
To keep track of coaching hours in a logbook for the purpose of International Coach Federation
certification
To provide you with our offers by e-mail and/or regular mail
Automated Decision-Making
Splattered Grace Coaching does not make decisions based on automatically processed data about matters that could have (significant) consequences for those involved.
How Long We Store Your Personal Data
Splattered Grace Coaching does not store your personal data any longer than absolutely necessary to achieve the goals the data was collected for. We use the following retention periods for the following categories of personal data:
Personal data that was provided to execute agreements: as long as you are a customer and up to 10 years thereafter. This is needed for mutual communication and for the statutory retention period of the IRS.
Sharing Your Personal Data With Third Parties
Splattered Grace Coaching will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information to them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreements or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, Modify or Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Splattered Grace Coaching.
You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we hold in a digital file to you or another organization. You can request access, correction or deletion, a request for the transfer of your personal data, withdrawal of your consent, or object to data processing by sending an e-mail to hannah@splatteredgrace.com.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Your photo, passport number and social security number must not be visible on this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
Splattered Grace Coaching has taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of your personal data. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us at hannah@splatteredgrace.com.
Payment Information
Splattered Grace Coaching does not obtain or store payment information for security reasons. Payments will be made via secure, third-party platforms in order to protect the financial information of the client. Please see privacy standards for payment platforms including Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo on their respective sites.
